A pet with low stats
Melding becomes available if you have a bundle of pets at level 30 or above. Therefore an abundance of spirit will not be recommended until later levels. Melding takes 2 pets combine them into 1 pet. The remaining pet will receive The Chronicles of Spellborn Gold to all stats. Each pet can be melded 9 times, meaning that even a pet with low stats can be upgraded far beyond its beginning level.
