Deadly Gladiator Staff has had the Agility and Critical strike rating restored to ratios consistent with other instances of the star trek credits Gladiator Staff. Gifts and Pledges of Adoration for the capital cities are now soul bound. The Flag of Ownership now has only a 60s cool down to match the 60s duration of the flag. The following crafted weapons have had their stats adjusted to properly reflect their intended power.
