There are few notes about Requiem Lant, and it is the same with rogue-centric bits. As we all know, rogues have three bullet points. The first one is, at level 1, rogues will have Dual Wield, which is very natural. It is totally understandable all of the players would like to do that as early as possible. You could not know very clearly, at the right beginning of the game, what kind of combat you will later take part in.
