Increases critical strike chance by 3% and will give you a 100% chance star trek credits that your Obliterate will do damage without consuming a disease. Obliterate is awesome, critical strike is awesome, and not consuming a disease can mean the disease can last longer on the target or your DPS/rotation will not suffer so much if your next disease misses. Another must have ability.
