If you are warrior you basically can grind any type of mobs but going to the yellow/orange ones will lower your kill speed and efficiency of buy potbs Doubloon gained. Higher mobs at GB do not give too much different XP, so stick with the whites. This is for white clan, but for black clan, even that the locations of mobs or type of them is different, the idea is the same.
