It is very good practice
Judge seal of wisdom on your current mob and pull up Seal of Light, this will keep both your mana and health topped off with those mobs beating on you. This approach to leveling really takes more skill than the single-target, however it is very good practice if you plan on tanking end-game in La Tale Ely.
