Jump straight into Outland
It is a hero class, because you have to have a level 55 or higher character on the server before you can create a Death Knight, and the cheap wonderland online Gold starts at level 55. It needs no more newbie grind. Once you finish the tutorial quests, you are at level 58 and ready to jump straight into Outland.
