Rather give up shield throw
Many people may envy charge a lot, and especially when they can charge in combat. Sometimes you would meet some red war gold would rather give up shield throw or AOE taunt for Charge, which is a personal choice. Fighters have parallels for these capabilities and charge that do not belong to them.
