Take him down in the time allotted
These events are about as chaotic as you are going to find Acheter des Gold in game with lots of folks from both sides running and flying around all over the place. From what I saw, it seems that if you are on the attacking side, you basically ignore everything in an attempt to get to the boss and take him down in the time allotted.
