Usually do a lot more damage
If such bosses are easier with a sin instead of a templar, what is the use of the templar-class then anyways? Not only that he has problems keeping red war gold against sins or sorcs, but also he gets more damage. Of course a sin gets slightly more damage from normal hits, but he can dodge the casts/nukes of the mobs, which usually do a lot more damage.
